"The staff is ready to serve" at this "fine" hotel with one of the "best locations in Downtown Indy", "attached to the Circle Center Mall" and "close to restaurants, theater and sporting venues"; there's an "inviting" martini/cigar bar, a restaurant serving "delicious" breakfasts and a staff that "impresses" many, but feelings vary on rooms: "cozy" with "luxurious beds" for some, "small" with "old" baths and "out-of-date fixtures" for others.

My air conditioner would not go off in November.

We liked the friendly staff, the comfortable room and the great location of this hotel.
We did not use the valet parking and parked in a garage. Across the street but still not that convenient.

The hotel itself was very nice busy no parking you have to park across the street and it was expensive did not like the way the rooms are set up.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and it's a beautiful hotel.
Parking was off-site and might be an issue for an older traveler or someone traveling with young children.
